An independent community initiative providing transparent, accessible emergency room information for Quebec residents and visitors.

Our Mission

Navigating Quebec's healthcare network can be overwhelming—especially during urgent health concerns or for newcomers facing language barriers. WaitLessQC was built to provide fast, multilingual, and straightforward access to publicly available hospital emergency data so individuals and families can make informed decisions about when and where to seek care.

Official Data

All wait time metrics are fetched directly from Données Québec and the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) open data portal.

Hourly Sync

Hospital wait metrics across 119 facilities are refreshed on an hourly schedule to reflect current emergency room occupancy.

Multilingual Access

Available in English, French, Chinese, and Korean, including an AI-assisted triage phrase tool to bridge communication barriers.

Independent & Free

WaitLessQC is entirely free for the public and sustained through non-intrusive advertising to support server and hosting infrastructure.
