Wait times, patient counts, and stretcher occupancy numbers are estimates based on periodic updates and may not reflect real-time conditions caused by sudden surges or incoming ambulance arrivals. WaitLessQC does not guarantee the continuous availability, precision, or timeliness of third-party public data.
3. AI Medical Phrase Translator
The optional AI-assisted phrase translator is an auxiliary linguistic convenience intended to assist non-English and non-French speakers with basic phrasing during reception. Translations are computer-generated and must not be treated as a diagnostic interpretation or medical recommendation.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaitLessQC, its creators, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use this service, or from decisions made regarding medical care based on posted data.
